We are organized as a domestic non profit corporation in the State of New Mexico, and are a federally-recognised 501©3 charitable organization. Linked to below, are our bylaws.

The organization of the corporation is for the Board of Directors to make high-level strategic decisions, while leaving the day-to-day operations of the space to their designated Officers. The officers write the policies in the manual below, which are approved by the directors.

In the event of a disagreement with wording of a policy, the matter is brought first to the Officers, and then escalated to the Directors.
