Annual Report
In addition to reporting to the President and Directors at their whim (at the General Meeting), the Treasurer is also expected to present a annual financial report at the conclusion of the calendar year. This will analyze the organization's income and expenses, and how well we tracked to the budget set at the beginning of the year.
In the past, this report has taken the form of a comparison of the organizations Statement of Activities to the same line-items in the budget from the prior year. This is also published at a General Meeting of the membership for public inspection, generally in Feburary.
