Please follow these procedures to keep Quelab safe & secure.

• Front Door has 2 access methods,
  • Direct door keypad
    • Door code is mailed out monthly, please sign in on laptop after entering via this way.
  • RFID tag in window
• Set furnace/AC thermostat 1 and 2 to comfortable temperature
• Turn on desired lights
  • Keep all unnecessary lights and doors off/closed.

TL;DR version of how to close the space:

• Make sure the back door is securely closed & garage door (shop and annex) are closed & padlocked (padlock combo same as the front door)
• Turn off all the lights
• Set heaters to 45 degrees and coolers to 85 degrees
• Make sure nothing is left on/open/out/running
• Lock the front door (test it)

Longer, detailed version of how to close the space:

• Verify back door is securely closed and latched (room 20, south wall)
• Visual sweep of warehouse for any hazards (room 20)
• Verify garage door @ annex are closed & padlocked (combo same as front door combo) (room 20 & annex)
• Verify lights are off in the east upstairs mezzanine (rooms 24,25,26)
• Verify lights are off, and water is off in the darkroom (room 13a)
• Verify tools, furnace, swamp coolers & lights are off throughout the warehouse (room 20, west wall, 2 switches)
• Verify lights and tools are off throughout locker room, tool storage, electronics labs (rooms 15,16,17,18,19)
• Verify lights are off in kitchen, and refrigerator is closed (room 14)
• Verify water taps are off (room 8)
• Verify lights are off, and water is off in each bathroom (rooms 12,13,13b)
• Verify lights are off in member office and 3d printer room (rooms 10,11)
• Set furnace 2 (room 8, Northwest corner) to 45 degrees or 85 degrees in summer
• Verify lights are off in classroom (room 8)
• Verify lights are off in the west upstairs mezzanine (room 23)
• Verify lights are off in table/chair storage, board office (rooms 7,6)
• Verify lights are off in craft room, library, and arcade (rooms 2,3,5)
• Set furnace 1 (front hall, west wall) to 45 degrees in winter or 85 degrees in summer
• Verify lights are off in front hallway
• Verify lights are off in room 1
• Verify glass door is locked (room 1)
• Verify lights are off in the entry lounge (room 42)
• Lock front door (test it)
