    • No major report
  • Treasurer's report
    • Nov dues are not all final due to the dates with the weekend
    • $1k in checking, $6k in savings
    • Have received electric bills for 2nd & 3rd quarter, about $900 each, as expected
    • We have an outstanding balance with JanPro that we will be taking care of it
    • We have suspended service with JanPro temporarily due to our current financial situations
    • Please clean up after yourself
    • The building has been sold, have a new landlord. The new one seems a little more organized than the old one
  • Education: position currently vacant
  • Events Officer: position currently vacant
  • Membership: position currently vacant
    • JT Reporting: 104 members currently
  • Outreach: Charel Morris
    • Railyard Market was a success with Zoot and Troy representing the ABQ MAKER Community.
    • Nothing on the calendar for Nov or Dec.
    • Watch for an upcoming announcement from Albuquerque Mini Maker Faire!!
  • Social Media: Rebecca Snyder
    • Tuesday, 11-6 (Election Day!), we are doing a fundraiser with a local popup seasonal toy store. 1 block west of Carlisle & Central. They will donate a 15% portion of their profits up to $400 & 20% after that.
    • Rebecca showed some photos she took at the store
    • The flyer has been emailed, and mentioned on facebook as well
    • We might be allowed to set up a table at the shop
  • Donations: John “JT” Benedetto
    • Received an electronic-related donation
    • Darren is selling parts of this donation
    • With the cleanout of the tote shelf in the Annex, much of what was left behind will be considered donations
    • Sharie talked with the donor of glazes and directed them to the senior center

  • 3-D Printing: Josh Pedersen
    • Mystery donation of parts for a CNCSeeME Rostock. Unfortunately, these will not fit OUR CNCSeeMe printer.
    • Josh to send out a note asking about these parts
  • Arcade - Troy Ross
    • No report submitted
  • Digital Arts - Darrel Knutson
    • Should have a new roll of vinyl next week
    • Prices for the digital arts lab will be going, details to come
  • Electronics Lab: Aaron Birenboim
    • Nothing to report
  • Fiber Arts: Sherie Pennebaker
    • Mystery organizer, the room is very nice now!
    • Going to make little dog coats
  • Laser: Craig Goldsmith
    • Z axis auto focus probe broken earlier this week
    • The auto focus probe also serves as a limit stop, so the bed cannot be crashed into the lens
    • You CANNOT use the cutter unless you are trained in manual focus by Craig
    • Possible fix for the probe this week (Thanks, Josh!). Otherwise, we will need to purchase a new probe
    • Still no food or drink except water allowed in the room

    • Can ‘clone’ something with plastic wrap & tape

4. New Business

  • Craig: MakerFaire is going to be April 6th & 7th @ Expo New Mexico
    • In Via Espania & Floral Arts building
    • Quelab most likely in Floral Arts
    • NO TENTS, NO GENERATORS
    • Using Via Espania booths for individual makers
    • Will be parking fees
  • Ornaments Fund Raiser (Private)
    • Darren has purchased some plans & is selling ornaments to benefit Quelab from his profits
    • $4 each, with a price break for a set
    • White & Clear acrylic, wood by request
    • Larger can be done custom, up to 24” by 36”
