    • New Mexico New Makers (the people that put on MakerFaire) will have a maker area at the Railyard Market on Oct 14. If you are interested in showing something(s) you have made or just helping out let me or Zoot know.

    • Facebook donations - birthday fundraisers, Quelab is now on there for this purpose.

    • We received a $1,000 donation (but the donor wants to remain anonymous). Thank you, mysterious stranger!
    • Some donations came in from Eric Lee’s estate - most interesting (to me, at least) is the 1:1 Cessna “Experience” setup. We may take this to MakerFaire in April.
    • Member Terry has some electronics to donate. “will need a truck”, but that’s all I know so far. Currently in Belen, working on delivery schedule. I hope to get an inventory from him beforehand.

    • Food (& ANTS) are still a problem in the room. A reminder: no food or drink in the laser cutter room except water, and that should not be on the same table as the PC.

    • Moved new mill in. Need to run power to it, probably from the annex.
    • Found the boring bar used for lathe training broken. Cost to replace $25.
    • Need to store smithy mill. Currently unusable due to the need for additional parts. Questionable utility. Need to finish up cleaning.

  • Color Wheel Toys Fundraiser
    • Currently the Board (with Rebecca Snyder taking the lead) is partnering with Color Wheel Toys popup store to do a fundraiser for Quelab. Color Wheels Toy is a great source for interesting maker and innovative toys for kids and adults. Details will be coming soon.
    • Color Wheel Toys is a pop-up toy store, opening seasonally; currently located at 3418 Central Ave SE, just west of Carlisle in Nob Hill
    • This year, open from September 1 to December 31
    • Email will go out with more information as data is solidified
