Treasurer

The treasurer is the Chief Financial Officer for the corporation. By tradition, this person has also been our compliance officer, filing our state and federal tax forms, and our state and city business registrations. The primary responsibilites are to manage the bank account, pay the bills, reimburse program expenses (as directed by the directors), make a report to the directors, keep the books, and pay the taxes & fees incumbent in running a business.

The treasurer works closely with the Registrar, 3D Printing, Education, Events, and Donations officers as these offices have financial connections.

The term of office for the Treasurer is one year, and is appointed by the Directors with advice from the President.
