Membership Registrar
The term of office for the Registrar is one year, and is appointed by the board with the advice of the President.
The responsibilites of the registrar are as follows:
New member onboarding Arrange orientation Verify waiver & emergency contact information Maintain Membership List (Seltzer) Prepare quarterly reports for Board and SpaceFed – To include current number of members, number of new members, and number of members lost (and reason why they left) Issue Expiration Warnings and Notifications for Cash members Conduct exit interviews for expired members Coordinate with other officers/board members on issues regarding memberships Treasurer for Recurring Payments Tech Manager for adding to email list, Wordpress site, other online resources as needed Facilities for Updating Key List (future RFID system)
