The term of office for the Arcade Room Area Captain is one year, and is appointed by the Board of Directors with the advice of the President.

The responsibilities of the Arcade Room Area Captain are as follows:

• Organize Arcade layout
• Organize cleaning of the Arcade room
• Coordinate basic use and safety training for tool usage within the 3D printing room
• Coordinate maintenance of the equipment in the Arcade
• Be a point of contact for the board, membership, and wider public for questions regarding usage of the Arcade and equipment therein
• Coordinate with other officers/board members on issues regarding the Arcade room
