His complaint against the board was that there was no set structure/rule to the moderation. Though the board found that he had indeed violated the Freedom of Expression and Ant-harassment policies it was decided that his moderation would be immediately terminated because there is not actual written policy on moderation. We are now working on developing a policy for clarity and fairness. Quelab is everyone's space, so we would very much like your thoughts on this. Email the board or I encourage you to have civil conversations on the members list expressing how you want your community run.
