The term of office for the Digital Arts Room Area Captain is one year, and is appointed by the Board of Directors with the advice of the President.
The responsibilities of the Digital Arts Room Area Captain are as follows:
Train members on large format printing and vinyl cutting, including safety and basic maintenance.
Manage supplies and donations.
Organize Digital Arts room layout
Keep the room organized & clean.
Coordinate maintenance of printer and vinyl cutter.
Be a point of contact for the board, membership, and wider public for questions regarding usage of the Digital Arts Lab.
Coordinate with other stewards/board members on issues regarding the Digital Arts Lab.
Serve as a member of the Facilities Workgroup for any issues regarding the Digital Arts Lab.
