Until the RFID access system is put into place to control access to the entry doors (& possibly other things), the code for the key boxes is changed monthly.
Changing of the codes is to be done in concert between the Facilities Manager Officer & the Treasurer. The Treasurer is involved so only current members are notified of the new code.
The code is changed the same day as the monthly General Meeting, usually the first Sunday of the month.
The new code is sent out via email, sent individually from “registrar at quelab dot net” and NOT to the [Members] mailing list, to better ensure delivery of the new code to all paid members as well as protect the sanctity of the code itself.
