We need one
If you know of anyone that wishes to take this position (or vice-president), please contact, or have them contact the board. (Vice President, too)
Treasurer’s Report:
$11,000 in the bank, thanks in part o classes & donations
Plus $6K for repairs
November is when the two leases combine (building plus new annex)
Due to monies coming in # of members, classes, donations), we can cover both leases
Brief discussion on reimbursements; there is a budget line for repairs & maintenance, but it depends on what the payment is for (the comment was don’t want to tune up a sewing machine, rather buy a new one)
Membership Report
Mar 1, over 100 total members, total of 105 members
5 People at orientation
Repeated the request that went out earlier this week - more members would be good to come assist at Orientations
Other Officers’ Reports

No material storage in the shop. You can store your project while working on it, but no materials storage.

Suggesting a self-service kiosk project (<$300 cost), notifications of some sort to contact an onsite member (officer?) when assistance is needed
Various discussions took place - such as orientations aren’t often enough, be nice to take place online; it would be nice to leverage Moodle to a greater degree
